How does Eco-Friendly Cleaning, Inc. perform estimates?

The price will depend on the length and severity of the job, the frequency, and depth of cleaning needed. Information is collected via contact form. Deep cleans are initially twice as much as a maintenance cleaning. We do work with most any budget.

Is Eco-Friendly Cleaning, Inc. insured?

We are fully insured with Commercial Liability Insurance, that covers property that is damaged, Workers' Compensation Insurance that covers all of our employees in case of injury; and Bonding Service Policy, that protects home and business owners in when theft is prosecuted by law. The only one required by law is Workers' Compensation, but we at Eco-Friendly Cleaning, Inc. feel it is equally important to protect your assets as well as our own.

Does Eco-Friendly Cleaning, Inc. collect sales tax?

We are licensed in PA as a professional cleaning services and as such are mandated by the PA Department of Revenue to collect 6% sales tax on all cleaning services and products. This does not apply to organizational services. Click here to request a copy of PA sales tax ID.

What type of payment is accepted?

We accept cash, checks, online invoicing for bank accounts is free; Visa, MC, American Express, and Discover. Credit cards incur a 3% fee. ACH payments are free to set up and Pre-Pay is a way to save 10% off of all of your services for three months at a time. Please see Policies for late fee and invoicing information. 

Does Eco-Friendly Cleaning, Inc. pay their employees fairly?

We pay our employees above average for our industry, based on experience and are reviewed annually for wage increases. Vacation time, paid holidays, as well health insurance is available to full time employees. Gas costs are issued each week to each employee.

Can I tip my cleaning team?

Yes, it is appreciated. but it is completely up to your discretion if you chose to do so. It's customary to tip between 10-20% per service. Please either tip in cash or ask for their Venmo or PayPal info.

What type of guarantee do I get with the services?

Satisfaction for services is guaranteed. Any dissatisfaction should be directed to Sabrina, via phone call, within 24 hours. All attempts will be made to remedy the matter within two business days. There are no refunds for services rendered.

What protocols are in place for Covid

Our team is outfitted with PPE as well as hospital grade disinfection methods for your high touch items. Open communication of staff/client exposure is to be reported within 24 hours of scheduled service.

What should I do with my pets while cleaning is taking place?

We ask that all dogs to be crated or contained while cleaning/organizing is being performed on the premises, to mutually protect all parties. In regards, to dogs, please see Policies.​

Do you clean up pet or human waste?

Please be advised that any area with pet or human waste and/or bodily fluids will not be cleaned.
