If you're like me, you want to feel good about what we are bringing into our homes. Unfortunately there is an overwhelming amount of evidence that much of what we are ingesting and absorbing from the air we breath, to the food we eat, to the products we buy. We can't avoid everything but we can significantly reduce our exposure by making simple adjustments to some of our routine habits. One of the simpliest things that we can do is shop for products that don't contain phalates, phophphates, parabens, cerytl alchol, sulfates, silicone, fragrences, perservatives, undisclosed ingredients.
